Can I pick my fabric?
Fabrics cannot be selected for any items and will vary.

What comes in a monogrammed set?
A set is 16 of the chosen product, i.e. coozies, tumblers, etc. A set features the following letters: ABCDEHJKLMNPRSTW.

Additional letters (FGIOQUVXYZ) can be added to regular sets upon request.

What is the minimum order I can place?
The minimum order for all first time purchases is $200.  A minimum reorder is $100.  A $5 charge is added for any orders under $100.

Do I have to order products with a monogram?
No, Mee Too™ products are available without the monogram and sold individually.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for orders to be delivered.

How will my order be shipped?
All shipments are FOB Selma, Alabama and shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified.

Can I place an order with a custom monogram?
Yes, Mee Too™ offers custom orders on most products.  Custom orders require a minimum of 24 items per style.  For more than 24 items, orders must be placed in increments of 12.  A 50% deposit will be charged before production of custom orders begins.

What is the return policy?
Returns are only accepted on items which have not been worn or used.  Mee Too™ must be notified of intent to return within 5 days of receipt. All returns will be issued in the form of a credit to your account.
