Terms & Conditions

ORDER INFORMATION
Our products are unique with a mixture of custom-designed fabrics in an array of colors.  Fabrics cannot be selected.  All monogrammed sets include the following letters: ABCDEHJKLMNPRSW. Additional letters (FGIOQUVXYZ) can be added to other sets by request. All of our products should be hand-washed and are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum opening order:  $200
Minimum reorder: $100 (or $5 charge for orders less than $100)

PAYMENT TERMS
Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express are accepted by Mee Too, LLC. COD orders are accepted, and Net 30 terms are available upon approval.  A finance charge (per month) will be applied to all overdue balances.  Goods will not be shipped to past due accounts until the account is brought to current status.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns are only accepted on merchandise that has not been worn or used within 5 business days of receipt.  Please contact Mee Too™ immediately regarding any returns. Once your package has been received at Mee Too™, your refund will be processed and a credit for amount of merchandise will be issued  for all returns or refusal on COD, shipping is still incurred and must be paid by credit card. 

DAMAGE CLAIMS
In the even some damage should occur, please contact the delivering carrier and Mee Too™ immediately. Please keep all original packaging for inspection. All damage claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt.  Worn or used merchandise will not be accepted as damage claims.

SHIPPING TERMS
All shipments are FOB Selma, Alabama, shipped by UPS unless otherwise specified.  Freight charges will be incurred and invoiced as product is shipped.

BACKORDERS
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. Any backordered items will ship when ready. If the item is not ready to ship within 30 days, the backorder will be cancelled and the merchandise must be re-ordered.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders require a minimum of 24 items per style. For more than 24 items, orders must be placed in increments of 12. A 50% deposit will be charged before production on custom orders begins; the remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

RUSH ORDERS
Any order with an expected delivery date of less than 2 weeks from the date of the order will be considered a Rush Order. An additional $50 Rush Order charge and all additional rush shipping fees will be applied to the order invoice.

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us for purchasing of our products or services. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. Shipping

Shipping Policy-- We normally ship by UPS. However, we may use alternate carriers where there are benefits in delivery efficiency and speed.

For example, we may ship certain orders by USPS Priority mail rather than USPS Ground service, and certain orders may be shipped by Fedex rather than USPS.

We do our very best to ship orders 7-10 business days of receipt.

International Customers-- We are very pleased to handle International orders.
You may place your order on our website, or contact us by e-mail, phone or Fax. And we'll advise you of your shipping options.

Returns

Return Policy-- Monogrammed items are NOT eligible for return.
If you receive a shipment which is damaged upon receipt, PLEASE do not refuse it! File a claim with the delivery company or post office which delivered the shipment. They are responsible for damage or loss during shipping. They will pick up the package and once they inspect it, will return it to us.

If you refuse a shipment, you will be charged for the ingoing and outgoing shipping charges, along with a 25% restocking fee.
